The Reverend Laura Bethany Buchleiter is a spiritual director, speaker, musician, writer, and advocate. Laura Beth began her ministry education at Moody Bible Institute before earning a BAS in Communications and Christian Ministry from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary.

Having served as a musician, pastor, chaplain and seminary professor in a variety of settings for over 20 years, the Reverend John Chang-Yee Lee has developed a deep appreciation for the sacred invitation of companionship with those engaged in discernment, expression, and compassion arising from their spiritual formation.

As a Congregational Care and Vocational Discernment Counselor, Spiritual Director, Higher Education Program Director, Enneagram and Spiritual Practices Retreat Facilitator, Heidi has 20 years of experience walking alongside those navigating life’s transitions. Heidi meets people where they are on their spiritual journey.

Susan believes that spiritually grounded leadership is essential for the renewal of faith-based organizations. Susan’s work with leaders helps them identify, develop and refine their unique gifts and passions. Susan also enjoys exploring the Enneagram as a tool for growth with both individuals and groups.

Kathleen T. Talvacchia (she/her) is an educator, scholar, conflict mediator and spiritual director trained in the contemplative tradition. She is a contextual theologian with an interest in practical theology, Christian practices of marginalized communities, and Queer theology. Kathy finds centering in Jesuit education and spirituality.
