Leaderwise has administered assessments for more than 7,000 leaders across a variety of sectors, including churches, non-profits, and businesses. Our team of experts has a wealth of experience and knowledge in leadership development, and we are committed to providing the highest quality assessments and support to our clients.

1) You send us information on the individuals who need assessments.
2) The individual completes intake forms and contacts LeaderWise to schedule an appointment.
3) Assessment meetings are completed in person or virtually.
4) A written summary report is sent to the individual and referring organizations.
Discernment Assessments

Wondering about the next steps in your career? Our highly skilled staff has more than fifty years' of experience guiding clients through the process of vocational discernment. In fact, it’s the primary reason our center was founded in 1969. Over the years, we’ve perfected a two-day program that will assist you in weighing the advantages and disadvantages of staying in your current setting, looking for or moving to a new one, or, if it’s in the back of your mind, possibly shifting to a new vocation altogether. Your visit is held in strict confidence. Unless you request otherwise, a written report is not prepared.

Through the Relationship Checkup process, couples gain new tools to grow healthy relationships. Couples discover what makes their relationship tick, what their most significants strengths are, and proven methods for addressing issues that may arise.
