Self-Differentiated Leader Series

A LEADERSHIP SERIES

Self-Differentiated Leader

Self-differentiated leaders lead through their principles, values, and beliefs, and by doing so are able to stand against the anxiety that is present in systems today. Living in this turbulent, argumentative, my-way-or-the-highway society wears on us all. Having the ability to withstand pressures others place on us, as well as to right-size our own expectations, leads to healthier leaders, healthier relationships, and healthier systems. In this 3-session series, we will explore living in congruence with our values while leading. We will examine our own competencies and explore ways to pursue healthier relationships and to impact systems toward greater health. Along the way, we will learn a bit of Bowen Theory of emotional process. Without self-differentiation, you are at risk for continued patterns of people-pleasing and burnout. Join the Self-Differentiated Leader series to strengthen skills in making grounded decisions and life choices that are congruent with your core.

Online, each session begins at 2:30p Eastern / 1:30p Central / 12:30p Mountain / 11:30a Pacific
