Rev. Rebecca Fletcher, MDiv, BCC, MINT

Becca is a chaplain, consultant, teacher, mentor, and companion with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, with a particular focus on mental health and addiction. She is passionate about working with others to help them realize their best selves.

Becca earned her MDiv through United Theological Seminary and is ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA). She is a board-certified professional chaplain and a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. She brings an attitude of curiosity and a wealth of personal and professional experience to each encounter, always watching and listening for the “sparkling moment.” Becca enjoys accompanying people and organizations on their journeys of growth, conflict resolution, and discernment.

Navigating various transitions in life has made Becca deeply aware of and grateful for the personal spiritual practices of rest and renewal, which for her include reading, fishing, traveling, art, and especially time with friends and family.
