STAFF CONSULTANT

Becca is a chaplain, consultant, educator, facilitator, mediator, and coach. She has 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, with a particular focus on mental health and addiction, and has been with LeaderWise since 2020.

Becca earned her MDiv at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities and is ordained in the Presbyterian Church (USA). She is a board-certified professional chaplain and a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. She has additional training in coaching, conflict mediation, and Reflective Pastoral Supervision. Becca brings an attitude of curiosity and a wealth of personal and professional experience to each encounter, always watching and listening for the “sparkling moment” and asking beautiful questions.

Navigating various transitions in life has made Becca deeply aware of and grateful for the personal spiritual practices of rest and renewal, which for her include reading, fishing, traveling, art, and especially time with friends and family.
