Rev. Mary Huycke, the co-founder and executive director of Courageous Space Coaching & Consulting, has over 20 years of experience as a professional coach and organizational systems consultant helping clergy, congregations, and judicatory bodies navigate change and transitions. An ordained elder in the United Methodist Church, Mary has served two terms as a district superintendent and has written extensively in the area of leadership and congregational development. She holds a diploma in pastoral supervision from Wesley House, Cambridge, is a certified provider of supervision in the Methodist Church in Britain, and provides reflective supervision to pastors and coaches in both the U.S. and Britain.
