CINDY GREGORSON

REFLECTIVE SUPERVISOR

Cindy Gregorson is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. She has served as a local church pastor in rural, suburban and county seat settings. She has spent the last 22 years on the annual conference staff as district superintendent, director of congregational development, and most recently director of connectional ministries and clergy assistant to the bishop. Her passion is coming alongside people and congregations to help them discern and live into God’s calling. As a reflective supervisor, Cindy brings the gifts of deep listening, asking curious questions and creating a space where the supervisee can fully show up and be seen. Cindy has been formed and shaped by the Academy of Spiritual Formation and the Courage to Lead Congregational Leader Series. She has also completed coach training through Garrett Evangelical Seminary. She comes to reflective supervision with the fundamental conviction that each person is creative, resourceful and whole, and together we are tapping into that creativity and resourcefulness to address places where we might feel entangled and limited in order to move towards a fuller flourishing.
