Celebrating More Than 50 Years of Service
At LeaderWise, we recognize that the journey towards transformation will be long — and, at times, arduous.
LeaderWise encourages you to participate in one or more opportunities to facilitate transformation.
These groups will provide a confidential space to share wisdom, learn from each other, exchange ideas, and process experiences of ministry during the pandemic. Groups will be facilitated by experienced LeaderWise staff. More information to come.
What does it mean to be the church in a rapidly changing culture? Leaders are being called to name our resistance, reclaim our core identity, find courage to disrupt systems at a rate they can stand, and risk vulnerability as we love, listen, and learn, so that we might lead (in our churches and in our communities).
Newly ordained rostered leaders and their congregations work through a two-year time of challenge and growth with expert guidance.
The mission of LeaderWise is to foster healthy and spirit-filled individuals and communities for lives of service.
LeaderWise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1969 to provide counseling and consulting for lives of service. We are a mission-driven organization with 50 years' experience providing psychological and leadership development resources to individuals and organizations.
