Krista joined the staff of LeaderWise after doing part-time assessment work for the past two years at LeaderWise/North Central Ministry Development Center. In her counseling and coaching, Krista uses a strength-based, relational approach that encourages individuals to grow fully into their personal and professional potential. She has a background in genetic counseling and college/university mental health with specific interests in the role of religion and spirituality in personal development and resiliency through life transitions and changes.
Krista lives in Roseville, Minnesota with her husband and three children, who are her greatest joys and “hobby,” especially given the amount of shuttling them to numerous extra-curricular events. She loves running, attempting yoga, and playing the piano.
