Celebrating More Than 50 Years of Service
First call rostered leaders enter ministry with energy and enthusiasm. Future Hope walks with them in their first years of service, providing essential leadership development and support. Guidance in the basics of non-profit fundraising builds confidence in connecting money to mission. Their congregation provides the arena to experiment in ministry and grow in leadership capacity.
The first call congregation is blessed to have a developing leader in their midst, immediately impacting ministry. Growth in financial giving allows the congregation to look to the future with audacious hope based in Christ.
All this serves as an asset to the whole church. First call pastors receive a strong grounding in leadership and stewardship, bene ting every congregation they serve.
Future Hope: Bold Leaders, Generous Congregations combines two proven processes, Shape of Leadership from LeaderWise and Stewardship for All Seasons from GSB Fundraising, into one cohesive process that walks with both the rostered leader and the congregation through a two-year time of challenge and growth.
